Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:
* 24-hour notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Late cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
* No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
* Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply.
* Emergencies: We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
